Belgian designer Jelka Quintelier founded Black Lune four years ago with the desire to make art jewellery interesting and wearable again. What makes these pieces different is the unconventional material and the design process. The pieces only come to live when worn on the body. Inspired by visual patterns in architecture and mathematics, Jelka creates 2D drawings that are lasercut into 3D pieces of art.
All pieces are made in London – Jelka has a live/work space in Seven Sisters.
